Teaching approach before platform selection
We define how participants enroll, access material, complete activities and receive feedback. The assessment distinguishes self paced courses, live sessions and blended programs. Existing platforms or complementary development are evaluated against your requirements. Teaching roles, access periods, groups and completion rules are also identified, so the technology supports the educational experience you intend to offer and the team responsible for delivering it.
Tracking that helps teaching and administration
Scope can include lessons, quizzes, assignments, forums, attendance and progress reports. Certificates follow criteria established by your organization and do not imply external accreditation. Each role gets relevant indicators: learners see pending work, instructors identify difficulties and administrators track participation and completion. Course material and assessments must be supplied or developed through a separately agreed editorial scope and review process.
An operation prepared to grow
We review expected usage, material storage, video delivery and possible access peaks. Video hosting, live meeting tools and other licenses are priced separately where applicable. User imports, backups, support and updates are documented. If courses will be sold, we assess commerce integration with clear payment and access states, avoiding enrollment activation based only on payment receipts that have not yet been verified.
