A store that fits your catalog

We review products, categories, variants, technical specifications and pricing rules before choosing a platform. WooCommerce may suit operations that need an extension ecosystem; custom software can address specialized workflows. We compare costs, administrative effort and dependencies. Navigation, search and filters are designed to help customers find and assess the right product, with enough detail to make an informed purchasing decision.

Clear payment and order handling

We define the cart, buyer details, delivery process and order statuses. Transfers and QR payments require verification: uploading a receipt does not automatically confirm that funds were received. If a payment gateway is integrated, its conditions and fees are assessed separately. Customers are shown what remains pending, while relevant status changes are recorded to support preparation and delivery of each purchase.

Ready for everyday administration

The scope can include product imports, stock, coupons, customers and inventory or invoicing integrations. We specify which system owns the primary record to avoid conflicting information. Category and product SEO, optimized images and purchase funnel measurement are included as agreed. Backups, updates and incident handling are documented so your team has a clear operating process after the store goes live.

BEFORE WE START

Questions worth asking.

HTML or WooCommerce?

A simple catalog can use a lightweight solution. For variants, extensions and broad commerce operations, we assess WooCommerce or another platform.

Does Yape confirm orders automatically?

A static QR code does not verify payments by itself. Administrative review or a contracted compatible payment integration is required.

Can my inventory system be connected?

Yes, when it provides authorized data or API access. We first define synchronization, frequency and error handling.
